Due to some bugs, the Arcoiris family is no longer... Wasn't that far playing with them, so not that horrible. Started a new one right away, the Wobniar family. Yes, that's rainbow spelled backwards, didn't have inspiration. Founder is Anana Wobniar, Popularity Sim with Romance as second aspiration. Had an affair and hence Uma was born, later got married to Anthony and got two more kids, Carrot and Naranja. Below pictures of Anana, her spouse and all three kids.

More recolors coming soon!! I recolored some objects for the nursery, including changing table, crib and potty chair...

So I've been busy recoloring lately, and today I decided to play my rainbow legacy family again. That's why I started the whole proyect in the first place. Not that far yet, gen 2 is now a kid, second boy was just born. I'll probably play some more this evening, but now I really have to start recoloring the bedroom and nursery, the fact that I don't have anything yellow or orange in those areas is seriously bugging me. Especially with the master bedroom being just in between the new shiny decorated kitchen and bathroom...

So: Rainbow Bedroom Proyect and Rainbow Nursery Proyect coming soon!!

Since the Rainbow Kitchen Proyect already includes quite a few objects, I decided to extent it to the bathroom. So coming soon: Rainbow Bathroom Proyect!! So far I recolored the cheap toilet, sink, bathtub, mirror and shower (two versions). Pictures below...

Mix 'n match version...

All objects in nitroglycerin. The shower has another version: white curtain and colored tiles. the sides stay gray like in the version pictured.

Another note about the recolors: they are ever-clean versions. Which means that they will look like this, even when dirty. I never find time myself playing a busy legacy household to clean the kitchen or bathroom, and I don't like to see dirt, so now at least everything looks clean, although it actually isn't...

Just uploaded part 3 & 4, and working on more additions. Finally finished the stove, only everlasting clean version, which will be part 5. Also recolored the cheap blinds, which will be part 6. Just have to go ingame to take some pretty pictures.

So, any suggestions on what to recolor?? I was thinking of the bbq, some pretty lights and then go on to the bathroom or bedroom...

OMG, finally have the Sims2 disc back, which also means I'm temporarily back in Holland... Anyway, I'm currently working on pookleting all cheap EAxis furniture for Rainbow legacy purpose.

The fridges I already showed earlier, and now also have pooklet's shiny new colors too. Also recolored the cheap counters, and I'm working now to finish the stoves. Stoves and counters are everlasting clean, so the kitchen appears clean even if your o-so-busy Sim has other things on their mind than cleaning.

So I wanted to give myself more neon options for my Rainbow legacy. Thus took out pooklet's actions, and used them shamelessly on harmless kitchen appliances. I know there will be more pooklet colors soonish, but then I'll add the new ones to the files. If I have time that is. Right now I've the fridge done, but I won't stop before I have at least the kitchen done. Neon power!! hehehe

Dunno about the dirty one though; what do you think, keep it this way or change it into a permanent clean stove?? Same with kitchen counters I'm about to recolor: clean/dirty state or permanent clean ones??

So I have some spare time, and wanted to give my self sim a new do, thus decided to make an alpha edit of the 98 XMSims mesh. Let's just say I took some virtual scissors and cut some hair hahaha. Anyway, I like the edit, so I'm wondering whether I should make a fully pooklet'd version, both naturals and neons, of the edit now. Just... I dunno, but somehow the highlights don't convince me yet. Anybody ideas about that one?

OMG, it's 2010! Yeah, time really flies, had a hectic but unforgettable 2009, so let's make 2010 even better! The year couldn't have started better. NYE in Amsterdam, spending precious moments with my new boyfriend and even found myself a new job. Bring it on 2010!

Now on to TS2 stuff... I kinda sorta promised a Christmas gift but in the end never posted it. Oops... *hides behind desk* BUT: I did make some recolors to match the chairs of the SS gift I made, even tested them ingame and all. Just have to ~~stop being lazy~~ find some time to package them and make the pretty preview pictures. Also will be sharing the SS gifts for all to enjoy. And possibly Maxine with included hair recolor too. ^^
